The principal owner, Durce Johnson, began his career in food service over 25 years ago.  While a college student, he worked his way up from a buffet attendant into management with Hyatt Hotels.  Durce has managed, owned and operated various concepts during his career.

Durce believes the customer deserves the best his business can offer; “ detailed attention, our best effort and proficient execution”.
